1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the NDDU Sanction System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a binding electronic agreement governed by the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (RA 8792) and relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines. If you do not agree, you must not use this system.

2. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
• Use the system solely for legitimate school-related purposes, including checking sanctions and records.
• Do not attempt to access unauthorized areas, manipulate data, or interfere with the system’s operations, in accordance with RA 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012).

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, and materials within the system are protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293) and international copyright principles. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

The University and its authorized personnel are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use this system, including but not limited to system downtime, data loss, or errors, consistent with provisions of the Civil Code on obligations and contracts.

5. Amendments

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or system functionality. Continued use of the system after publication constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (RA 8792), and the Civil Code of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
