How to Use the Student Portal
Register an account on the Student Portal. Provide your full name, valid email, and set a strong password you can remember.
After registering, log in using your valid Student ID number issued by the university. Double-check your ID to prevent errors.
Enter the password you set during registration. Make sure it matches exactly. If you forget it, click 'Forgot Password' to reset it securely.
In your dashboard, view all current and pending sanctions categorized by type — Attendance or Collection. Completed sanctions will automatically disappear from your dashboard.
Use the filter option to view sanctions from specific clubs. This helps quickly identify which club issued each sanction.
If you cannot find your record or encounter an issue, use the Report a Problem link to get assistance from administrators.
